​Two heads of families who fell victim to flood and strong winds received financial aid from the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam through the Department of Community Development, JAPEM, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. The handover ceremony took place at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

The aid was handed over by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.

The financial aid aimed to lessen the victim's plight.
